Accompanying Guests with Disabilities
For safety reasons, certain attractions, entertainment venues, and Disney Character Greeting facilities require Guests with disabilities who need assistance to be accompanied by an able-bodied member of their party.
Accompanying Guests with Disabilities
For safety reasons, Guests with visual, mental, intellectual, or developmental disabilities, and those with mobility disabilities who need transport assistance must be accompanied by an able-bodied member of their party.
- For some attractions, Guests with mobility disabilities do not need to be accompanied by a member of their party if Cast Members are capable of providing necessary assistance. Please contact a Cast Member at the attraction for details.
Guests Who Qualify to Assist
· An able-bodied member of the party who can assist the Guest with disabilities during emergency evacuation.
· An able-bodied member of the party who can handle and be responsible for unexpected actions of the Guest with disabilities.
Experiencing Attractions
For a safe and enjoyable experience, Cast Members may ask you a few questions prior to boarding the attraction.
As requirements differ, please contact a Cast Member at each attraction.
Please note that depending on the situation, boarding may be refused based on the Cast Member's judgment.
