Important Notice Regarding Accommodation Reservations
We accept reservations for Disney hotels made through the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets site (the “Site”) and other travel sites. However, we have recently identified cases on some travel sites in which third parties are engaging in, or are suspected of engaging in, the unauthorized resale of reservations (“unauthorized resale reservations”).
Characteristics of unauthorized resale reservations:
- The reservation stage includes a “no full refund” policy that differs from the cancellation policies established by the Site or other travel sites.
- Incorrect information is provided regarding the hotel’s facilities and services.
- Photos of the hotel’s exterior or guest room interiors differ from their actual appearance.
Unauthorized resale reservations may include information that does not accurately reflect the actual services provided, and there is a risk that services cannot be offered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the reservation contract.
When making reservations through a travel site, please carefully review the site for any suspicious details beyond those mentioned above and refrain from making unauthorized resale reservations.
