Boarding criteria and boarding details differ from attraction to attraction so please ask a Cast Member directly. Please note that depending on the situation, boarding may be refused based on a Cast Member's judgment.

Safety Notice For Attractions
- - Guest who do not meet the height, or physical requirements may not ride certain attractions.
- - Children under age 7 must be accompanied by a person age 16 or over on all attractions.

Safety Requirement for Attractions
For safety reasons, certain attractions require Guests to be accompanied by an able-bodied member of their party. For details, please refer to the Information Book.
Emergency Evacuation of Attractions
In case of emergency evacuation, Guests may be required to walk certain distances, negotiate stairs and/or narrow walkways, have a companion assist or carry them, or wait in the vehicle for an extendend period of time for assistance. Guests who are not able to evacuate outside in an emergency, even with assistance, may not experience the attraction. For details, please contact a Cast Member at the attraction.
Stationary Tactile Maps (in Japanese only)
Stationary maps detailing the layout of all Park facilities through tactile information are available at Tokyo Disney Resort.
Stationary maps with audio (in Japanese only) are available at Main Street House in Tokyo Disneyland or at Guest Relations in Tokyo DisneySea.
Stationary maps are also available in front of the Information Board at both Parks.
There is also a tactile map in front of Tom Sawyer Island Rafts at Tokyo Disneyland.
These maps are positioned for use by Guests in wheelchairs.
Scale Models
Scale models of the attractions are available at Tokyo Disney Resort.
At Main Street House in Tokyo Disneyland or at Guest Relations in Tokyo DisneySea, Guests may request to touch and handle the models to get an idea of the shape of attraction seats and the special features of the attraction. Guests may ask to handle the models at the attractions as well.
Character Scale Models
Scale models of the Disney Characters are available at Tokyo Disney Resort.
At Main Street House in Tokyo Disneyland or at Guest Relations in Tokyo DisneySea, Guests may request to touch and handle the models to get an idea of the Disney Characters' appearance.
