Guests staying at the hotels inside Tokyo Disney Resort can leave their luggage at the Disney Hotels Service Counter on the station level of the Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center or the Official Hotels Service Counter on the street level for delivery to the hotel they will be staying at.
At the Home Delivery Service Center and at certain merchandise facilities, your purchases can be shipped home for a small fee. Depending on the season, some merchandise cannot be shipped. For details, please see a Cast Member at the merchandise facility.

Guests staying at a Disney Hotel can have items purchased at the Disney Parks delivered to the Guest Service Counter in their hotel. Available at all the shops in Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea (excluding wagons and balloon vendors). Please see a Cast Member at the merchandise facilities inside the Park for more details.
Pets (dogs and cats only) can be left at the Pet Club at Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. Your pet must be properly vaccinated within the past year (dogs: rabies & combination vaccine / cats: combination vaccine). Please present a certificate or license (photocopies accepted) that shows that your pet has been properly administered with the required vaccinations.
Inside Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, drinking fountains are available in two different heights. Guests may also request cups from the nearest restaurant or refreshment facility.
Public telephones are located throughout Tokyo Disney Resort. Some of them are set low and some have a volume controller.
Inside Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, the Lost Children facilities will care for lost Guests age 11 years or under and those with mental disabilities. For Guests 12 years of age or over who become separated from their party, please contact the nearest Cast Member.
Guests may rent wheelchairs or motorized wheelchairs at Stroller & Wheelchair Rentals for a fee. Rental wheelchairs and motorized wheelchairs are basically for use inside the Park only. If you wish to take a wheelchair out of the Park to the Guest Parking area, please come back to this facility first for permission. An official ID (a driver's license, etc.) that has your home address is required. Rental motorized wheelchairs are available for Guests 18 years of age or over. Quantities are limited so Guests should plan to arrive early at Stroller & Wheelchair Rentals.
Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea each have four First Aid facilities. For First Aid facilities other than Central First Aid, please contact the nearest Cast Member for assistance.
- All First Aid facilities are equipped with AED (automated external defibrillator). AEDs are also placed at various locations around Tokyo Disney Resort. In case of emergency, please contact the nearest Cast Member.
