Obtain Park Tickets at the Hotel
Official Hotel Guests can purchase tickets for Tokyo Disneyland Park and Tokyo DisneySea Park right at their Hotel.
Guaranteed Park Admission
Official Hotel Guests who have valid Park Passports are guaranteed admission to Disney Parks even during periods of restricted admission and peak visiting days.
Tokyo Disney Resort Information
Up-to-the-minute information on all aspects of the Resort, including Park operating hours and event schedules, is available at the Official Hotels.
Convenient Shuttle Bus
Complimentary shuttle bus service aboard the Disney Resort Cruiser is provided between the Official Hotels and Bayside Station on the Disney Resort Line.
Disney Shopping at the Hotel
Disney Fantasy shops inside the Official Hotels offer a wide range of Disney and other merchandise that are perfect for gifts or souvenirs.
Baggage Delivery Service
Official Hotel Guests arriving at the Resort by train who wish to get started on their Resort vacation right away may have their belongings sent ahead to the Hotel. The Baggage Delivery Service is available at the Hotel Service Counter on the station level of the Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center located next to JR Maihama Station.
Station Delivery Service (fee required)
Leave your baggage with the Hotel when you check-out, and pick it up at the counter on the street level of the Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center located next to JR Maihama Station.
Baggage can be dropped off from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The time you can pick it up depends on when you dropped it off.
Home Delivery Service (fee required)
For a fee, Official Hotel Guests may ship their Tokyo Disney Resort purchases or other belongings home right from the Hotel at the Home Delivery Service Counter.
Some Tokyo Disney Resort Official Hotels offer international home delivery service. For details, please inquire at each Hotel.

Complimentary Shuttle Bus Service
Partner Hotel Guests may take advantage of complimentary direct shuttle bus service between their hotel and the bus terminals at both Tokyo Disneyland Park and Tokyo DisneySea Park.
No reservations required. Please check with your hotel for the schedule. Departure and arrival times may be affected by traffic conditions. Buses may not be able to operate due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond our control. There is no guarantee of alternative transportation in such instances.

Baggage Delivery Service (fee required)
For a fee, you can have your baggage delivered to your Hotel from the "Home Delivery Service Counter" on the lower level of Bon Voyage, located right in front of JR Maihama Station.
Prices are 600yen per bag.
Hours: From Bon Voyage opening to 3 p.m.
Valuables (including notebook computers and other precision equipment), breakable items and beverages cannot be accepted for delivery.

Good Neighbor Hotel Guests may take advantage of complimentary direct shuttle bus service between their hotel and the bus terminals at both Tokyo Disneyland Park and Tokyo DisneySea Park. (Reservations can be made upon arrival at the Hotels at the reception counter or bell desk. At some Hotels, advance telephone reservations are also possible.)
- - Shuttle bus seats must be reserved in advance. Check with each Hotel for service hours. Seating is limited and reservations will close once seating capacity is reached.
