Regarding sales of merchandise and food items at the Parks

In order to make the Park merchandise and food items available to as many guests as possible, the following measures are being taken at Tokyo Disney Resort.

For the purpose of enjoyable shopping experiences

  • To allow purchase of merchandise items to as many guests as possible, please refrain from making purchases for the purpose of reselling them.
  • Please refrain from waiting to enter the Parks during times when it may cause inconvenience to the residents of the nearby neighborhood.
  • Please refrain from saving spaces while waiting to enter the Parks, or transferring the rights associated with Park tickets (such as obtaining a Standby Pass, etc.) to a third party.

We reserve the right to deny admission or remove any person who refuses to comply with Park rules and regulations, adhere to Cast Member requests, or whose conduct or behavior could detract from the experience of other guests.

When entering the shops

  • Restrictions may apply to enter shops, as guests may need to present their Standby Pass before entry.
    • Please note that restrictions may apply, and guests may need to wait for a while to obtain their second or subsequent Standby Pass.

  • At the time of making purchases at the shops, the number of transactions permitted per guest may be restricted. Guests may need to present their Standby Pass or Park ticket for verification.
  • Restrictions may apply in which purchases will be limited to a certain quantity per guest.

Please contact a Cast Member for information about such restrictions at the shop on your day of visit.

  • At the time of entering the restaurant, Cast Members may hand out a purchase ticket to each guest.
  • At the time of making purchases at the restaurants, restrictions may apply in terms of the number of transactions permitted per guest. Guests may need to present their Park ticket for verification.
  • Restrictions may apply in which purchases will be limited to a certain quantity per guest.
