In addition to Tokyo Disney Resort merchandise, guests may also purchase items inspired by the hotel.
- Entry to the shop is limited to hotel guests staying at Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel.
- The hotel does not have a drugstore, and does not sell medicinal products. Please contact a Cast Member for the location of the nearest drugstore.

The shop offers a range of daily sundries from diapers and other baby items to soft drinks and confectionery.

- Please refrain from eating and drinking in the lobby or other public spaces.
- Plastic bags are available for a separate fee (5 yen per bag).
Guest Service Facilities
Located in the lobby, the Front Desk handles check-in and checkout procedures and provides various other services.

- Currency exchange (using an automatic foreign currency exchange machine, only for changing foreign currency into Japanese yen)

At the Guest Service Counter located in the lobby, Guests can purchase Park tickets, have their baggage stored and ask any questions they may have during their stay.

Toy Friend’s Square Rules
For the safety and enjoyment of Guests using the playspace, we ask that you abide by the following rules.
We reserve the right to deny admission or remove any person who refuses to comply with these rules.
- This playroom may be used by who are staying at the Tokyo Disney Resort Toy story hotel. A card key is required to enter.
- Cast Members are not positioned here. Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times by someone.
- To prevent the spread of infection, Guests who have symptoms of a contagious illness may not enter the playroom.
- Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed.
However, this does not apply to drinks with lids (excluding alcoholic beverages) - For your safety, please do not "run", "climb or hang on structures, decorations or fences" in the facility.
- Please take all your trash with you when you leave, as trash cans are not available.
- Please be considerate of the other guest around you when making calls on your mobile phone or smartphone.
- Please note that the structure, decorations, road surface those facility may become hot due to sunlight.
- Dangerous items, including open flames and other heat sources, may not be brought into the place.
- Please refrain from decorating structures and other objects in the play area or moving any play area equipment.
- Bad weather and during busy periods, entry to the playroom may be restricted in the interest of safety.
- The hotel cannot be held responsible for Guest’s valuables or other belongings that become soiled, damaged or lost.
- Playthings and other items may not be removed from the playroom or altered in any way. If a Guest soils, damages, or loses any item belonging to the playroom, the Guest will be charged the actual cost.
- The hotel cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or trouble between Guests that occur in the playroom.
- If the hotel determines that a Guest has disturbed other Guests or is not complying with the “Toy Friend’s square” rules, then that Guest may be asked to leave the playarea.

Slinky Dog Park Rules
For the safety and enjoyment of Guests using the play area, we ask that you abide by the following rules.
We reserve the right to deny admission or remove any person who refuses to comply with these rules.
- This play area may be used by Guests who are using the Tokyo Disney Resort Toy story hotel.
- This play area is not staffed by Cast Members. Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times.
- To prevent the spread of infection, Guests who are sick or feel unwell should not enter the play area.
- Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed in the play area. Non-alcoholic drinks in containers with a lid are exempt from this rule.
- For safety in the play area, please refrain from running ;climbing on or hanging from structures, decorative objects, or fences; and any other behavior which could cause injury to yourself or other Guests.
- Please take all your trash with you when you leave, as trash cans are not available.
- Please be aware that the structures, decorative objects, and ground surface of the play area may get very hot in the sun.
- Please refrain from decorating structures and other objects in the play area or moving any play area equipment.
- Dangerous items, including open flames and other heat sources, may not be brought into the play area.
- Depending on weather conditions or the number of Guests, the play area may close or entry may be restricted in the interest of safety.
- The hotel cannot be held responsible for Guest’s valuables or other belongings that become soiled, damaged or lost.
- If a Guest intentionally or through negligence soils, damages, or loses any item belonging to the play area, the Guest will be charged the actual cost of the item.
- The hotel cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or trouble between Guests that occur in the play area.
- If the hotel determines that a Guest has disturbed other Guests or is not complying with the “Slinky Dog Park” rules, then that Guest may be asked to leave the play area.
