■Temporary closure of Ambassador Lounge and Hyperion Lounge

The Ambassador Lounge and the Hyperion Lounge will be temporarily closed on the following dates.

・Ambassador Lounge: From 12:00 noon to 10:00 p.m.
April 12, April 17, May 24, May 31, June 7, June 14, June 21, 2024.
・Hyperion Lounge: From 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (Breakfast). Reopens from 12:00 noon (Cafe & cocktails) on the same day.
April 13, April 18, May 25, June 1, June 8, June 15, June 22, 2024.

Due to temporary closure of the Ambassador Lounge on these days, Ambassador Floor guest rooms are not available for booking on the days when the Ambassador Lounge is not open.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your kind understanding.

■Disney Ambassador Hotel will undergo repair work of its exterior wall from September 4, 2023 to November 2025.

During this period, some of the views from the hotel and the hotel landscape may be partially obstructed. Also, please be aware that there may be noise from the construction and odor from the paint work.

- Construction period may change without prior notice.

■Termination of Certain Services at the Disney Ambassador Hotel as of January 6, 2019

The following services at the Disney Ambassador Hotel have been discontinued as of January 6, 2019:

- Mini bar in the Guest rooms (stock of soft drinks, beer, and other beverages in the Guest room refrigerator)
- Room service Note: Excluding some commemorative items
- Guidance to the Guest rooms by the Bell Service Cast Members
