Our Cast Members will attempt to do all they can to ensure that Guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Tokyo Disneyland. Please do not hesitate to contact them when in the Park.

Experiencing the Attractions

Attraction Boarding Restrictions

Some of the attractions have restrictions depending on height, age, or disabilities. Children under age 7 must be accompanied by a person age 16 or over on all attractions. When a Guest with non-apparent disabilities would like assistance, please contact the Tokyo Disney Resort Information Center before coming to the Park or Guest Relations inside the Park.

In the event of an evacuation

Depending on the attraction, when evacuation is necessary, Guests may be required to: Walk certain distances Walk up/down emergency stairs Walk through narrow walkways without assistance Be carried by the person(s) accompanying them Wait in the ride vehicles for an extended period for assistance.
