The Use Policy is applicable to OLC and User (as such term is defined in Article 3 below) in connection with the use of the Service.

OLC is entitled to make necessary changes in the Use Policy upon providing User with notice in a manner deemed appropriate by OLC without obtaining prior consent of User.

User shall use the Service in accordance with Use Policy and other rules etc. separately prescribed by OLC

OLC may change contents of the Service without obtaining the prior consent of User.

"User," "Users," "you," or "your" means a person who agrees to the Use Policy to apply for the user registration pursuant to the given procedure designated by OLC ("User Registration"), whose application is approved by OLC.

User Registration by any person who desires to begin the registration process ("Applicant") will be conducted on User Registration page of the website for the Service in a manner designated by OLC.

The application for the User Registration may be disapproved (a) if the past user registration of the Applicant is proved to have been deleted etc. due to its violation of the Use Policy etc., (b) if the application by the Applicant includes false descriptions, or (c) if the approval of the application is deemed to be inappropriate by OLC. In such case, OLC has no obligation to disclose the reason for such disapproval to the Applicant.

The Applicant who is younger than eighteen (18) years old shall obtain the consent of his or her guardian for the User Registration.

In the event that User's data such as address, name, phone number, or any other data provided to OLC become changed, User will promptly notify OLC of such changes in a manner separately designated by OLC.

OLC is entitled to discontinue providing the Service or deleting User Registration data without prior notice to User upon the occurrence of any of the following events:

Engaging in each of the practices below by User is prohibited.

Any and all rights including ownership and copyrights, etc. of merchandises or services to be provided by OLC through the use of Service (hereinafter "Merchandise etc.") or information thereof shall belong to OLC, provided, however, that any rights belonging to DISNEY contained therein shall continue to belong to DISNEY.

Unless obtaining a license from the owner of the right, User may not use any information provided through the Service for the other purpose than User's personal use authorized under Copyright Act of Japan.

In the event that any breach of provisions of this Article 8 by User causes a problem, User shall resolve the problem at its responsibility and costs and shall hold OLC and DISNEY harmless from any inconvenience or damage in relation thereto.

User shall be responsible for protecting its user ID and password made up by the User, and OLC and its group companies shall have no liability therefor.

User shall not transfer, lend, or disclose to a third party its user ID and password.

User is liable for any loss or damage arising out of and resulting from its insufficient protection, its improper use, or the third party's use, etc. of user ID and password.

User shall immediately notify OLC of a proven unauthorized use of user ID and password by a third party.

In the use of the Service, User agrees to make payment by its credit card at its responsibility in the knowledge that the electrical settlement may involve risks including the divulgence of its card number etc.

Any and all personal information provided to OLC in the course of the Service will be used for the businesses in association with Tokyo Disney Resort within the extent of the purposes of (1) offering services, (2) improving existing merchandises and services and developing new merchandises, and (3) providing User with information.

User may make reservations and purchases of Merchandise etc. through the Service from OLC.

Any reservations and purchases of Merchandise etc. made by User shall be pursuant to the procedure designated by OLC.

Following the application set forth in Article 11-2, the transaction between User and OLC in relation to such Merchandise etc. shall become effective at the time of the approved e-mail from OLC is sent to the User except for the case of the failure of credit advised by the credit card company designated by User.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if illegal or inappropriate actions by User with respect to the use of Service occur, OLC may cancel or terminate the sales and purchase agreement, or take other appropriate measures.

Merchandise etc. under the Service will be delivered only within Japan.

With respect to the travel merchandise reserved and purchased as Merchandise etc., the Article 11-3 shall be subject to the provisions of the travel clause or travel conditions separately stipulated.

The amount to be payable with respect to Merchandise etc. will be equal to the aggregation of the purchase price, the delivery charge and commission, the applicable consumption tax etc.

The payment of Merchandise etc. purchased through the Service shall be made by credit card under the name of the User or in other manners separately authorized by OLC.

The payment by credit card shall be subject to the agreement separately executed between User and the credit card company. All disputes between User and the credit company shall be settled between the parties, and OLC has no liability therefor.

None of Merchandise etc. may be returned except for the occurrence of its damage during the delivery, defect, or misdelivery, or in other case separately authorized by OLC.

If the return referred to in the preceding paragraph is necessary, User shall return Merchandise etc. pursuant to the procedure separately designated by OLC.

The return of a travel product purchased or accommodation reserved shall be subject to the rules of a travel clause or a travel term sheet, or boarding clauses prescribed by each hotel.

OLC may suspend providing User with the Service in whole or in part without any prior notice to User, if any of the following events occurs:

OLC may terminate the Service upon not less than one (1) month prior notice to User in accordance with the procedure designated by OLC.

OLC shall not be liable for any damage, losses, or detriment, etc. suffered by User due to such termination of the Service.

OLC is not liable for any loss or damage in any way arising out of failure of User to use the Service.

OLC's clerical works in accordance with User's registration data and OLC's appropriate delivery etc. of the Merchandise etc. to the address designated by User in the purchase thereof shall relieve OLC from any claim in relation thereto.

OLC shall not be liable for any User's damage arising out of or in relation to the use of the Service, and shall be relieved from all of its obligations to pay damages related thereto, except for events caused by OLC's intentional act or negligence (or except for events caused by its intentional act or gross negligence for the indirect damage).

User shall, at its own cost and responsibility, settle any dispute arising out of damage caused to another User or a third party due to its use of the Service, and shall indemnify and hold OLC harmless from and against such damage.

Communication between User and OLC will be made by telephone in principle.

Any problems that are unable to be settled under Use Policy or guidance given by OLC or its group company regarding the use of the Service will be in good faith consulted and settled between OLC and User.

The laws of Japan shall govern as to the execution, effectiveness, performance, and construction of Use Policy.

Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance over any lawsuits under or relating to the use of the Service.
