Frequently used categories, such as logging in or logging out, Travel Case, booking and purchasing appear at the upper right of the page.

You can view stipulations, travel terms and other agreements by clicking on the links in the footer that is always located at the bottom of the page.
Warnings and Error Messages

If a command cannot be executed in the process of making a reservation/purchase, a warning or error message will appear.A warning or error message may appear within the displayed page, or a <A> pop-up window may open.

An <B> error message will appear when a box with a "required" is not filled in or when Japanese letters are used.
Confirmation Message in a Pop-Up Window
