Zambini Brothers' Ristorante
What's your favorite Zambini Brother dish?
The three Zambini brothers were among the first to set up shop in this area, and to this day, the brothers' descendents continue to make fine wines, olive oils, and more. In the early 20th century, the brothers converted an old winery into this restaurant, where they served their own favorite dishes, such as pizza, pasta, rice dishes, and more to the local villagers and travelers. An Italian restaurant in a noble Italian villa
With a fine view of the gondolas floating along the canal, and the beautiful homes lining the water, this is the best location for a meal! Gondolier Snacks

This area was once used as a break area for the gondoliers, who would enjoy coffee and share snacks they brought from home. Eventually, local villagers also gathered for snacks and coffee, and the space was converted into what you see today.
