Experiencing the Attractions

Attraction Boarding Restrictions

  • Guests who do not meet the height, age, or physical requirements may not ride certain attractions.
  • Children under age seven must be accompanied by a person age 16 or over on all attractions.
  • Guests with visual disabilities must be accompanied by a person without visual disabilities.
  • Guests who require special assistance should first contact the Tokyo Disney Resort Information Center before visiting the Park, or stop by Main Street House after entering the Park.

In the event of an evacuation from an attraction

In case of emergency evacuation, Guests may be required to walk certain distances, negotiate stairs and /or narrow walkways, have a companion assist or carry them, or wait in the vehicle for an extended period of time for assistance.

Stationary Tactile Maps (Japanese language only)

Stationary maps detailing the layout of all Park facilities through tactile information are available at the following locations:

DisneySea Plaza Inside Guest Relations on the left when facing the counter (audio-enhanced map)
Near the Card Banking facility
Mediterranean Harbor In front of Merchant of Venice Confections

Scale Models

Scale models of the Disney characters and the attractions are available at Main Street House. Guests may request to touch and handle the models to get an idea of what the Disney characters look like, the shape of attraction seats, and special features of the attractions. Please contact Cast Members at the attractions or Guest Relations for further details.

Voice Guidance System (Japanese language only)

A Voice Guidance System, which gives information about the Guest's present location, restrooms, and the themes and stories of restaurants and shops, is available at Tokyo DisneySea. The receiver is lent out for free (deposit ¥1,000) at Guest Relations.

Deposit is refunded on the day of use only.

Braille Guidebook (Japanese language only)

This guidebook includes textured maps showing the layout of Tokyo DisneySea. The attractions, food and merchandise facilities, and restrooms in each themed land are described. This guidebook is useful to check the direction of each facility in relation to the others. If you would like a copy, please contact a Cast Member at Guest Relations.

Audio Information CD (Japanese language only)

Japanese language CDs explaining each area's themes and atmosphere and introducing its attractions, restaurants and shops are available.

Braille Menus (Japanese language only)

Braille menus are available at all food facilities except wagons. Please ask a Cast Member for the Braille menus.

Card Banking

Three ATMs, one of which is wheelchair accessible, are located at the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation facility.
