That rascally raccoon Rackety was once a moonshine maker, years and years ago. He had a little brewing accident and his "still" exploded, causing the dam to break and flood the area. That's how folks took to calling that mountain over yonder, "Splash Mountain." He's long since turned over a new leaf, and he runs this little shop selling soft drinks and refreshments now.
