Convenient Services Outside the Park

Various services and facilities are available outside the Park to help our Guests enjoy their time at Tokyo Disneyland.

Booths for same-day ticket sales and group ticket sales (for groups of 25 or more).

Tokyo Disneyland entrances, exits and re-entry gates.
The East Gate Guest Reception is an information service facility located outside of the Park.

Sales of advance tickets, Annual Passport vouchers and Tokyo Disney Resort Gift Cards, change of ticket type, foreign currency exchange and other services are available.
Located outside the Park, these two shops provide Guests with the opportunity to purchase popular items from Tokyo Disneyland.

A space where groups can freely take commemorative photos of their visit.
For the comfort and safety of your pet dog or cat, you may wish to leave them at the Pet Club.

Carriage House Refreshments offers takeout food and drinks that can be enjoyed outside the Park. The picnic area provides a place for Guests to enjoy a picnic or just sit and relax.
Restrooms and public telephones are located throughout the Park.

For courtesy and the safety of all Guests, smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
