The East Gate Guest Reception is an information service facility located outside of the Park. The facility provides information concerning attractions and shows, handles inquiries regarding lost property, sells and issues Annual Passports, and offers other services.

Hours:
From one hour before Park opening to 30 minutes after Park closing.
(Annual Passports are issued here until 30 minutes before Park closing.)
