Guest Relations Window | Tokyo Disneyland

This facility provides advance ticket sales (up to two months in advance), Gift Cards and Annual Passport vouchers, foreign currency exchange, change of ticket types and other services.

Sales of advance tickets for Tokyo Disneyland Park
Sales of advance tickets for Tokyo DisneySea Park
Sales of Annual Passport vouchers.
Sales of Tokyo Disney Resort Gift Cards
Change of ticket types
Foreign currency exchange and cashing of traveler's checks

Same-day tickets may be purchased here after the Main Entrance Information & Ticket Booths have closed for the day.

Services available at the window inside the Park:

Change of ticket types (you can upgrade your Passport after entering the Park)
Some Passport types cannot be changed. Please consult the Cast Member at the ticket booths.
Foreign currency exchange and cashing of traveler's checks
Sales of Tokyo Disney Resort Gift Cards

Hours:

One hour before Park opening to 30 minutes before Park closing.
