: Located between JR Maihama Station and Ikspiari, the Welcome Center provides general information on the Resort and other services.

Notes on Operating Hours:

• To book a guided tour or restaurant together with a hotel room, please call between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• To book restaurant Priority Seating time or for inquiries about reservations in general, please call between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

: Operators at the Tokyo Disney Resort Reservations Center respond to messages left on the Automated Voice Information Service to provide guidance and answer queries.

Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations and Tickets

: You can reserve accommodations, purchase Park tickets and more online. When you reserve a stay at a Disney Hotel, you can book a guided tour or a Park restaurant at the same time. Vacation packages are also available through the Japanese language website.

Booking Entertainment Restaurants in Advance Online

: Why not enjoy a meal while taking in a show at Tokyo Disneyland Park? We accept online reservations for two entertainment restaurants.

Hours: 5:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. the following day.

The site is closed for system maintenance between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.

Reservations for Disney Hotels, Tokyo Disney Resort Official Hotels and Tokyo Disney Resort Partner Hotels can be made through the Tokyo Disney Resort Reservations Center up to six months in advance.

Before Reserving a Hotel Room

The names of those booked to stay cannot be changed after the reservation has been made.
Cancellations may incur a fee. Please contact us in advance should you need to cancel. (The date from which a cancellation fee is charged and the amount charged may differ according to the hotel.)
Cancellation or changes to the reservation can only be made by the persons who made the reservation or those booked to stay.
In the event of a cancellation, any restaurant or guided tour bookings made in conjunction with the hotel reservation will also be canceled.

To make a reservation, you are required to provide the following information:

A Guest name (this must be one of the persons who will stay at the hotel)

If you are booking multiple rooms, you must provide a Guest name for each room.
The names cannot be changed.
A reservation name (the name of the person making the bookings)
Number of Guests (number of adults, number of children)

Please tell us how old your children will be on the day of your stay.
Contact telephone number (for one of the Guest names or the reservation name)
Reservation confirmation address (we will send a confirmation of the details of your reservation about three weeks prior to your stay)
