1. Access to Tokyo Disney Resort Information

Up-to-the-minute information on all aspects of the Resort, including Park operating hours and event schedules, is available at the Hotels.

2. Complimentary Shuttle Bus Service (reservations required)

Good Neighbor Hotel Guests may take advantage of complimentary direct shuttle bus service between their hotel and the bus terminals at both Tokyo Disneyland Park and Tokyo DisneySea Park. (Reservations can be made upon arrival at the Hotels at the reception counter or bell desk. At some Hotels, advance telephone reservations are also possible.)

- Shuttle bus seats must be reserved in advance. Check with each Hotel for service hours. Seating is limited and reservations will close once seating capacity is reached.
- The Good Neighbor Hotels logo mark may not be displayed on all buses.
- Departure and arrival times may be affected by traffic conditions.
- Buses may not be able to operate due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond our control. There is no guarantee of alternative transportation in such instances.
